It was my research paper about Mr. Darcy displaying the symptoms of avoidant personality disorder. I would like to take this chance to thank Evangelion for teaching me so much about it!

Hmmmmm....

Sounds like my life. That ADHD post from last night explains a lot, syllabuses are the arch-enemy of our kind. Here's my personal syllabus for each semester:

Assignments given at the beginning of the semester, due late in the semester and not mentioned through out the course will always be forgotten, then someone will mention the impending due date in passing a day before the paper or assignment is due. An all-nighter will be pulled, with a 60/40 Oppo/schoolwork time division. The paper or other form of assignment will indeed be good, but will likely contain a couple lower-case letters at the beginning of sentences and improper use of affect/effect (those always get me), letting the professor know the paper was in fact, blown off.

Surprisingly, professors are people too... just with terminal degrees. Some professors were or still are procrastinators, which in some (rare) cases will lead to the professor thinking highly of you, especially if your work is good and on time. Kinda got something like that working with my religion and history professors this semeseter, saved my fucking life.

So you got an A but the teacher still felt the need to point out that you're a bad student? What a dick.

No she's not a dick. I tend to get a bit off topic however I still bring what I said that was off topic to be relevant. She knows that I'll be getting the hardest teacher in the school next semester and wanted to tell me that. She's brutally honest and I appreciate that. She's been one of my favorite professors I've had.

Ah gotcha. I had a few teachers like that. Only a few though, I hated the rest.

Honestly after reading her criticisms I probably would of given it a low B. Though she said that she really liked my ideas, it was just that I needed more support for my claims. Also now that I see her criticism for my grammar I feel like an idiot for some of the things I missed.

This is why my girlfriend has me proof read every essay she writes. I may have failed out of my first semester of community college, but I can edit the shit out of an essay.
